Director / Nutritionist / Pilates Instructor
Director and founder of Club Rhythm, Magda strives on integrating scientific based training with nutrition coaching for supporting lifestyle transformation. Magda has sports nutrition qualifications, a degree in Computer Science and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School Of Management. Working on completing her Nutritional Medicine she is also a STOTT PILATES ® Certified Instructor. Exercise Coach / Pilates Instructor
Chris has a background in strength and conditioning training, and dedicates most of his time expanding his skills and knowledge in this area. Chris is also a STOTT PILATES ® Certified Instructor. His role as Head Coach allows him to utilize his skills to set the direction and the rhythm of the training in the club. From private to group sessions he provides effective and enjoyable sessions for all involved. Born in Singapore, lived in Netherlands, UK, US and South Africa, Marayka is calling Adelaide home since 1993. Marayka has discovered the power of Callanetics by practising original routines designed by Callan Pinckney, the creator of the original Callantetics program. Marayka is the only certified instructor in South African Callanetics in the state and also a trained STOTT Mat Pilates instructor. She has a holistic approach to managing health, being passionate about helping people to achieve a strong and healthy body.MARAYKA's CLASSES

Renee's passion for health and fitness has stemmed from her career and training in dance. Certified & trained in performing arts in Sydney, with dance contracts at the Sands Casino in Macau, China, Renee still calls beautiful Adelaide home. Seeking new challenges home, Renee has found an appreciation for teaching through dance. Over time the desire to learn more about human movement lead Renee into becoming a STOTT Mat Pilates instructor and being involved in the development process of @TheBarre sessions. She loves implementing the dance principles and techniques for a full & incredible body workout without bulk.
Clayton is a fully qualified personal trainer and has been involved in and around the fitness world for close to 20 years. He is a published and expert author on EzineArticles.com where he writes fitness and diet related articles available online. Clayton’s main focus is to work with individuals helping them to find out what is their prefered form of training and then design a personalised training enjoyable and integral of one’s lifestyle.

Chiara's originally from southern Italy coming from a big and loving family. With a degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bari, Italy Chiara's talents range from stage design/production to "magic green thumb" bringing life to gardens, from riding motorcycles to being "the best mum and wife in the world" as her family and friends will tell you. Chiara finds very rewarding to be part of customer's life transformation, as they are achieving their health and fitness goals. Nicole’s love for Health & Fitness shines through every aspect of her life. She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and a @The Barre Instructor. Nicole’s main focus is to assist and support each individual client with achieving their goals. She also performs and dances regularly in the Entertainment industry, here in Adelaide. Nicole combines her passion for performing and teaching to deliver enjoyable and incredible workouts that challenge each individual.
Exercise Physiologist & Coach
Todd developed his passion for health and wellbeing whilst studying Human Movement and Health Studies at the University of South Australia. After completion, Todd enhanced his qualifications and went on to become an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Furthermore he began training elite level athletes at the South Australian Sports Institute in Strength and Conditioning and obtained his Level 1 qualification with ASCA. Todd is also a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. With his easy going personality and glowing smile, Todd looks forward delivering outstanding classes and personal coaching, whilst maintaining an enjoyable training environment.
@The Barre Instructor & Dancer
Having recently moved to Adelaide from Dallas, Texas, Justine brings to us an outlook on fitness shaped by 22 years of dance training and experience. Graduating with a Degree in Fine Arts: Dance from the University of Arizona, she went on to tour the world as a performer onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Justine is very excited to be a part of such a wonderful team and is looking forward to combining her love of dance and fitness with @The Barre classes at Club Rhythm.
