From the heart shaped sculptures greeting you, to the stunning muslin carpet filling the entranceway, the warmth is immediately felt. Earth colours infuse the club with life and highlight the white leather Ottomans. Overlooking reception, the magnificent Tree of Life, the theme for Club Rhythm creates a magical aura that inspires and uplifts. The relaxing music combined with light features from china all contribute to the welcoming environment that is Club Rhythm.
A feature of Club Rhythm is the use of smaller, more personal, areas. Surrounded by sheer curtain, Life Fitness Cross Trainer/Ellipticals and Summit Trainers overlook the beautiful St Cyprian Anglican Church on Melbourne Street. Fluid Upper body Ergometers and Fluid Cycles lead into the Life Fitness Pin Loaded strength training equipment. Shimmering wallpaper, rustic colours and mood lighting create an uplifting feel and compliment the strong exercise ethos. Mobility is a key part of all training programs and there is no shortage of free weights with 4 Hammer Strength Half Racks, Barbells, Dumbbells, Smart Balls and Bosu Trainers.
Vortex - the cycling studio is unlike any other. Multi-tiered and well lit with the club’s only LCD TV, don’t worry it’s for training not mindless watching, the studio feel is fantastic. Utilizing the Keiser M3 indoor cycle is the icing on the cake. The top of the range bike for comfort and usability, with a readout display showing RPM, gears, exercise time, calories and watts, the Keiser M3 is a great ride even for those who don’t like to be on a bike.
Sanctuary - the main studio houses class training sessions, the wonderful Stretchmate 500 and the Merrithew Corporation Pilates Reformer Beds. Temperature controlled with surround sound and mood lighting, whether it’s a vigorous Rhythm Boxing session, a heart pounding strength session or the invigorating Rhythm Revive stretch/yoga, the studio is a room away from the rest of the world.
Harmony - the meditation room, is where you will begin your journey into the next level of relaxation and awareness. Each meditation serves a specific purpose, depending on what you want to achieve. Choose freely from our range of meditation tracks.
Change Rooms - coming straight from, or headed to, work is no problem with plush change rooms, outstanding showers, ironing and hair-drying facilities.
