Rhythm Revive  - Unwind. Relax. Rejuvenate. Stretch and ease your body’s aches with an accessible mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga, gentle stretching and relaxation. Bring your mat and leave your shoes and worries at the door. Co-ordination, high levels of flexibility or injury free bodies not necessary.

The benefits of stretching is really limitless and this is why some people benefit from and enjoy yoga so much. But yoga, as a pure practice is not for everybody, so we are using during our Rhythm Revive session a combination of yoga poses, traditional stretching and flow movements. 

When you workout on a regular basis flexibility is a goal. It doesn’t matter, whether you do Pilates, use the traditional strength and cardio equipment. 

Incorporating regular Rhythm Revive sessions in your training routine will improve your flexibility while adding a safety component as well. They help to prevent injury, as well as, promote proper ranges of movement.
