Private And Semi-Private Sessions
Start your training program with our GENE Print Assessment. Based on this assessment and your own individual goals, an individualized, specific program including pilates, weights or cardio training, will be designed by one of our Training Coaches.

One-on-one training can excel your learning and your fitness.
Private sessions are fine tuned to your needs and goals.
Some of our clients use privates sessions on a monthly or semi-monthly basis to fine tune their practice to augment their other practice in classes
Duet/Semi Private Sessions
Join with a partner(s) for a more affordable but intimate training with our staff
Once your program is established, you can combine one-on-one sessions with your general classes recommended by your Training Coach who will ensure your success by providing guidance, education, and motivation!
Each session is personally tailored to meet your individual goals.
As your goals and strength change, your workout changes accordingly.
Instead of repeating the same repertory during each lesson, each of your workouts are varied to keep your mind stimulated and your body challenged.

Specialised Sessions in Small Group Training

Join our specialised small group sessions Rhythm Pilates, Rhythm Cardio Tramp, Rhythm Strecthing or South African Callanetics and take advantage of the energy of a small group environment and achieve your fitness goals under the supervision and motivation of one of our Training Coaches. With a repertory of over 1,000 exercises, imagine the numerous ways we can customize a workout to your needs.
General Fitness Classes
General classes will allow you the experience and benefit of working with one of our expert coaches.
