When you choose to do your STOTT PILATES Reformer instructor training at Club Rhythm, you’ll build your Pilates expertise from the ground up, including comprehansive postural theory, muscular actions and the anatomical breakdown of every exercise.

Saturday 19 March, 2011: 3-5pm The Shoulder Girdle: Stability & Function
Sunday 20 March, 2011: 10-12pm Stability Ball Challenge Level 5
Sunday 20 March, 2011: 1-3pm Matwork Choices for Personal Trainers
