New course - No physical exercise involved!

To complement our popular program of Rhythm Pilates classes, Club Rhythm is hosting ‘Pilates for the Mind’ a new course starting Tuesday, 19th February delivered over 4 consecutive weeks between 12:00PM and 1:30PM

Second intake starts Wednesday 27th February willl be delivered over 4 consecutive weeks between 6:30AM and 8:00AM.

Designed to set your mind on a positive track and delivered by Gary Jaffer, Director of equilibrium9 - a specialist consultancy providing business and executive coaching - each course will be delivered across 4 consecutive weeks in four 90 minute sessions.

Available to both existing Club Rhythm customers as well as non-members, each session will deliver practical tools which can be used in every aspect of your life to reduce stress, improve productivity and help you experience peace and mental focus.

The Pilates For The Mind course costs $199 for Club Rhythm members and $219 for non-members. Gary Jaffer is a consultant, facilitator and gifted speaker who embodies and delivers the equilibrium9 programs.
 
He brings together his extensive business background and more than 25 years study of the nature of humanity through platonic and eastern philosophies, to create an energy and atmosphere designed to provide practical keys for dealing with our everyday challenges.

Gary spent 38 years in the marketing, advertising and media industry working with some of the world’s great ad agencies including OMD, FCB, DDB and McCann Erickson servicing recognized brands like Toyota, Coca-Cola and Colgate-Palmolive, BankSA across Australia and New Zealand. He has been a regular commentator on the media, advertising and marketing industries, writing a weekly opinion column for Adelaide’s Independent Weekly, video comment for InDaily. He tutors at the School of Practical Philosophy and has done so for the past 14 years.
