Club Rhythm's class training system allows for you to work in varied, stimulating ways to achieve your results. Sessions are geared to all levels of fitness and ability with a specific health objective in every workout. Developing a strong, healthy body and mind full of energy and vitality has never been more accessible. - Rhythm Cycle Turbo -The Club Rhythm cycling studio is an experience in itself, but add to that a DVD training session by the world’s leading cycling and triathlon coaches and you have a scientifically designed energetic workout that delivers results. non-impact, 30-150 minutes, all levels.
- Rhythm Revive - Unwind. Relax. Rejuvenate. Stretch and ease your body’s aches with an accessible mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga, gentle stretching and relaxation. Bring your mat and leave your shoes and worries at the door. Co-ordination, high levels of flexibility or injury free bodies not necessary. 50 minutes, all levels.
- Rhythm Hit and Run - Release some frustration, learn new skills and raise your fitness level. The perfect all body workout comprising boxing and cycling training techniques. Take it up a notch or set it on cruise control, either way feel your body move. 60 minutes, all levels.
- Rhythm Running Club - Everyone hates running….until you learn how to do it in the way your body wants to. Discover how to move, feel good about it AND get a great dose of fresh air along the way. Run with a coach and experience the difference.
50 minutes, all levels. - Rhythm Strength - Using a lightweight bar with optional additional weights, come and experience the music, the movement and strengthen your body. Results based, postural improvement and shape change. Why aren’t you doing this workout?
