Rhythm Pilates


Pilates it has been labelled “the exercise program for a lifetime”. Its body-mind connection and no-impact, custom approach to exercise ensures that every person gets the benefits of a workout tailored to their fitness level and their body specific intricacies.

Rhythm Pilates uses a traditional Pilates machine (called a Reformer) to enable you to perform a vast range of exercises, using the Reformer's springs to provide both assistance and resistance throughout the moves.

Carefully designed sessions delivered in the serene environment of Club Rhythm’s “Sanctuary Studio” will bring you a higher level of body awareness, improve your core, elongate and strengthen muscles. You will work at your own pace and within a range of motion according to your flexibility.

Rhythm Pilates tones your entire body, and while staying focused on your body, enjoying how each movement feels you become aware of the physical power that is generated by a focused mind. Delivered in a semi-private i.e. “Duet” sessions or group sessions you can integrate this time effective training as part of your everyday health & fitness program and start seeing its benefits within weeks:
