Why Booking online?
You can use Club Rhythm Online to book your classes in advance, so you know your spot is reserved for you.
You can log on and check how many people are booked into each class, so you know in advance which are the busier classes, and you can plan your exercising schedule with confidence.
How many sessions can I book?
If you have a Multipass (10pack or 5pack sessions), you can book as many classes online as you like, as long as you have the current credits required for the classes you want to book. If you need more credits to book your chosen class, you can top up your multipass online at the same time as you book your class.
If you've just joined Club Rhythm on a direct debit membership, please check your membership entitlements. The sessions are not transferable from one week to the other.
When and how far in advance can I book?
You can book your classes up to 4 weeks in advance of the class start date. So each day, bookings will become available for the same day of the week, a fortnight hence. Some classes fill more quickly than others, so it's a good idea to keep your eye on the bookings for each class, and book as far in advance as you can, to secure your place.
When are the sessions deducted?
When you book your session, 1 class credit will automatically be deducted from your Multipass. If you’re on a direct debit the credit will simply be deducted from your weekly allowed sessions.
What if I need to cancel or change a booking?
You can cancel your booking online up to 16 hours before the scheduled class start time. (Just login and go to the My Club Rhythm Info tab, where you can view, and cancel your upcoming booked classes). When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded automatically. The 16 hour cancellation limit allows us to offer your spot to another Club Rhythm customer.
For private 1:1 sessions, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your session. You can reschedule your own sessions online (Just login and go to the My Club Rhythm Info tab, where you can view, and cancel your upcoming booked sessions).
What happens if I miss the class I booked for?
When you book your session, 1 class credit will automatically be deducted from your Multipass. If you’re on a direct debit there’s no extra charge when you book your class, which will simply be deducted from your weekly allowed classes.
When you book your place in a session, we’ll hold that place for you, and potentially turn away other Club Rhythm customers from the class, so out of respect for others, it’s important that you only book for classes you can definitely attend. So when you miss a class that you’ve booked for, there are some consequences.
Multipass Customers:
If you don’t make it to a class you’ve booked for, your class credit will still be deducted, just as if you’d attended the class (unless you cancel more than 16 hours before the class).
Direct Debit Customers:
If you rack up "3 strikes" (3 no-shows/late cancelations within a given calendar month), your booking privileges will be suspended for a week and you'll be cancelled from any classes you've already booked during that week. If your booking privileges are suspended, you can still attend classes, you just can't book online (you'll need to just rock up to class and take your chances). So when you book for classes online, make sure you can be here for the class, or that you cancel at least 16 hours before the start-time.
How long will you hold my booked place?
We’ll hold your booked place up until 5 minutes before the start of class. If you’re not here by then, we’ll do our best to call your mobile phone to see if you’re still coming to the class.
If we can’t contact you and there are other Club Rhythm customers waiting to do the class, we’ll give your place away – so if you're cutting it fine, please call us to let us know you're still on the way.
Can I put myself on a waitlist?
Yes! If a class is fully booked, you can waitlist a place for yourself. If a place becomes available in the class and you're next on the waitlist, you'll automatically be added to the class. At this time a credit will be deducted from your account, and we'll send you an email, to the email address you have registered in your profile, to let you know you're booked into the class.
Note that when you're added to the class off the waitlist, your schedule will display as "added from waitlist unconfirmed". This is an issue with our booking system- you are actually "Confirmed" so disregard the "Unconfirmed" bit.
What if I put myself on the waitlist, I get onto the class booking list, but I miss the class?
When you put yourself on the waitlist for a class, you "provisionally" book yourself into that class, so if you get onto the class list, and you miss the class, it's just as if you booked a place in the class and don't show :(
Waitlisting for early morning classes:
If you waitlist yourself for an early morning class, you may want to check your emails before you go to bed, and again in the morning, early enough that you can make it to class on time! If you aren't able to access your emails in the morning, in time to make it to class, we recommend you don't waitlist yourself overnight. You can cancel waitlist just like a regularly booked class, by clicking through to My Club Rhythm Info then going to "My Bookings and Waitlists".
Club Rhythm Refund Policy
Club Rhythm does not offer refunds except in the case where you are deemed medically unfit to participate in a class for the foreseeable future, in which case you will receive a full refund for your valid multipass, less our reasonable administrative costs.
Transferring your credits to someone else:
All our Multipass, Direct Debit and Paid in Full memberships are fully transferrable to another person and involves an admin fee of $25. We will gladly freeze your Direct Debit or Paid in Full membership when you give us 2 weeks notice, for up to 8 weeks per year, in increments of one week (two weeks minimum freeze). Multipasses have a "use by" date, please check your sales receipt.
