Your Club Rhythm Introduction To Pilates is done in two sessions:

  • First session: Postural Assessment & Pilates Principles Workout - we all have certain imbalances in our bodies as we overdevelop the stronger muscle groups, which leads to poor posture and spinal misalignment. This private session will help us understand more about your body and your goals and will introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates. After this session you can comfortably participate in one the group Pilates sessions or continue your Pilates practice using our private sessions. 
  • Second session: our unique small group Rhythm Pilates session.
